September Starts another year

As new students I want you to write three ways people can show your respect. These must be in paragraph form with an opening sentence. Three reasons and a conclusion sentence. You then must do the same thing for three ways you show someone respect. You must enter this in your juornal book.

Hey, everyone I'm starting to learn more about the internet and learning. This year we're going to be doing, collaboration, cooperative learning, and start editing school work. Let's get strted before the season starts in September.

End of Year

Well, the year has ended and I felt like I accomplish most of my mission. I sorry for the failures because they are the ones that hurt the most. I'm looking forward to a new class and students. Hopefully the new technology program will take place. I plan on using E-edition world history book on line and the new wiki [http://wwwdgee.org/wiki/home]

Almost overnext project is to start

The new project is designed to collaborate and be a cross curriculum project. The topic is the Renaissance period in Italy. You will be required to complete the following:

1. Pick a city-state as a group
2. Make a 3-D map of the city as it was in the 17th century(include 5 or 6 important buildings. Make should be color coded and have both a legend and or key. the map should have a rose compass and scale on inches to miles.)
3. You will be required r to make and design a Prince and Princess dress for the family leaders.
4. You will have to research foods eaten at a festival and pick one appropriate for out Renaissance faire
5. Research of the city-states history and the family that rules. Presentation of the best project will be invited to present in the library.
6. You must color or paint a few of the favored artist the were patronized by the family which controlled the city-state at that time.
7. Download music from the era to use as background.

Project completion will be at end of month probably presented around or just prior to Memorial Day weekend.

Two week absence

The question of the week is, why can't you guys follow instructions? If I post aquestion you need to find other accesses to get to use a computer. You are lazy! You seem to want to blame your shortcomings on everyone and everything accept yourselfs. I bet if you need new sneakers you'd figure soemthing out. Let's get going. It only 26 more days until end of marking period and their is no such thing as extra work. You need to start working. Mr. S

A week away

In school their are alot of haters (people who say things ot others). What would you do or say to stop this "hating" going on? How would you control a hater? How would you solve the problem by talking these hating phrases out? Do you see this problem anywhere else in the community? Can it be straightened out in the neighborhood? Because I will be gone over the next four days you must post this response on computers outside the class.
